The winery started to construct the estate centre and the processing facility with publication of the tender for the construction works. The primary goal was to realise the winery functions perfectly and to set the building harmonically into its environment so that it would harm the landscape in the possibly least extent. Another consideration was that the building would suit to the architectural tradition of the Hegyalja Region and Zemplén County and that we use as much local building material as possible. Thus, the walls of the building are covered with white limestone of Bodrogkeresztúr and yellow limestone of Mád. Another sign of abiding by the tradition is that the building embraces the symbolical old nut tree and is located next to the ancient cellar – the Lőcse Farm-house.
The total area of the building is 3.000 square meters incorporating the wine-growing, winery, hospitality and office functions. Every phase of the wine-making process is carried out here from the arrival of the harvested grapes to the bottling.
