Wine description
This sweet wine is a blend of late harvested Furmint and Hárslevelű grapes. During the vintage the ripest grapes were selected which contained even shrivelled and Bortytis grapes. After the tactful processing the wine was fermented and aged in oak barrels of Zemplén Mountains for six months. In its taste the aromas originating from the shrivelled grapes dominate with apricot, dried fruit and ginger taste. Its elegant acid spine perfectly balances its residual sugar content of 135g.

Recommended food
It is a special experience when consuming it with goose-liver, mature blue mouldy cheese, fruits or desserts.
