Home-made fried bread-dough toasted with goat cheese and dill

 Ingredients

( for 4- 6 persons): 2 dkg yeast, 60 dkg flour, 30 dkg bacon, 50 dkg onion, 30 dkg goat cheese with dill, 1 dl oil and salt.

 How to prepare

Make leaven from the yeast and some water. Sift the flour onto a pastry-board, make a hole into it and add the leaven and the oil. Knead not too hard dough of them. Salt it according to taste and leave it at a warm place to let if raise. Cut the onion into half-rings and the bacon into slices. When the dough is raised spread it on the baking-board. Then put it into a baking tray and fold the onion rings and the bacon slices onto it. Bake it ready in 80% at 180°C then spread the goat cheese with dill on it and bake it ready. Serve it cut to smaller pieces.
