Home-made fried bread-dough toasted with goat cheese and dill Ingredients
How to prepareMake leaven from the yeast and some water. Sift the flour onto a pastry-board, make a hole into it and add the leaven and the oil. Knead not too hard dough of them. Salt it according to taste and leave it at a warm place to let if raise. Cut the onion into half-rings and the bacon into slices. When the dough is raised spread it on the baking-board. Then put it into a baking tray and fold the onion rings and the bacon slices onto it. Bake it ready in 80% at 180°C then spread the goat cheese with dill on it and bake it ready.
